Experience
I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Biology, followed by an MRes in Biological Sciences and an MPhil in Cancer Studies from the University of Manchester. A natural affinity for scientific writing resulted in my transition to the MedComms industry in 2009, where I started my career as an Associate Medical Writer. My most recent MedComms agency position of Scientific Director of Content provided me the unique opportunity to work across multiple indications and project types. This experience formed the basis of my move into freelance medical writing, where these skills can be used to their full potential.I pride myself on my ability to gain rapid expertise in unfamiliar therapy areas. My meticulous approach to writing provides accurate, high-quality outputs, and as an ISMPP Certified Medical Publication Professional (CMPP™), I am committed to upholding proficiency in good publication practices.
